This enables us to anticipate project conditions, provide our clients with an early warning of potential project impact, and present the client with options and recommendations that enable informed decisions to move ahead. All services can be done using onsite, remote, full time or part time models.
Perhaps our greatest service to our public sector clients has been our ability to help implement (or streamline) a Program Management Office (PMO) . The success of today’s complex ERP and I/T engagements can be directly tied to the structure and effectiveness of the Program Management model that is in place throughout the organization. It is our experience that many education and government customers are behind corporate America in this area so we have created innovative ways to help our customers improve existing models or create them from scratch depending on the need. Our team of project management experts will provide multiple models from similar clients of size, scope and complexity and work with the customer to tailor a model to their liking. Every organization has it’s own unique culture and we help guide these customers to a model that we believe will best integrate with the underlying culture.
