Oracle’s new tools have made application (and tools) upgrades exponentially easier over the last several years and these tools have reduced the reliance customers have on consultants. Initial Upgrade Assessment
This 1-3 day Upgrade Assessment is performed using Web Ex Technology to eliminate the need to be onsite. We "dial into" your network to walk you through a series of activities to identify the exact scope and complexity of the upcoming upgrade. We provide your team with a roadmap of what the upgrade will (or should) look like along with a detailed approach and timeline with a corresponding work plan. We provide access to our functional and technical team members to walk you through new technologies including functional considerations that need to be evaluated as part of this move to a more recent version. This is a great way to gather your business users, IT staff and management together for a facilitated process to learn about 9.2 and how it impacts your organization.
