Peak Performance Technologies is awarded a strategic assessment and vendor selection for a large state college in Texas.

Atlanta, Georgia- February 6, 2015- Peak Performance Technologies, Inc. has signed a contract with a state college in Texas to conduct a comprehensive business assessment surrounding the following areas:  Recruiting, Admissions, Student Retention, Student Financials and Financial Aid.   The Current State Assessment will be followed by a more detailed Future State Assessment and Fit Gap that will evaluate new technologies that could be utilized to streamline existing policies, procedures and process flows across the university.   Additionally, the client desires to have a full audit of their I/T capabilities including the Program Management Office’s portfolio of existing projects to determine if a new implementation feasible given internal resource constraints.
