Atlanta, Georgia- March 15, 2016- Peak Performance Technologies, Inc. has been selected to provide program management and business transformation consulting assistance to a large community college system in support of their ERP modernization initiatives.    Peak is responsible for creating and managing the overall program management strategy and embedding organizational change management activities throughout the project plan to ensure policies, user procedures, segregation of duties and training tasks are completed in a timely manner.   Additionally, Peak will be responsible for oveseeing all communication activities across several campuses and ensuring the end users and students are properly prepared to utilize the new technology once it's been successfully deployed.
