Atlanta, Georgia- February 6, 2016- Peak Performance Technologies, Inc. has signed a contract to provide Risk Management, Organizational Change Management and Quality Assurance services in support of a large Oracle consolidation project for several colleges running in a statewide shared service model.   The services include analyzing the current project plan, interviewing dozens of team members and making targeted recommendations to improve the health of the program and refine the tasks, deliverables and milestones to enhance the effectiveness of the deployment model.    The project included HR, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Asset Management, Project Costing, Contracts, Grants and the associated self service and workflow components of the integrated system.
