Atlanta, Georgia- September 20, 2013- Peak Performance Technologies, Inc. has been asked to help the State of South Carolina's Department of Education lead the writing of the 2013-2017 Educational Technology Plan. Robert Carelli will personally help oversee the information gathering and writing of this politically important document and he will work with Christian Heneghan to help the Department of Education and their 80+ independent school districts understand the strategic importance of leveraging technology in today's classroom.
"Christian Heneghan and I are humbled to have the opportunity to help the State of South Carolina with this complex and politically important project. Both of us are passionate about education and this is our chance to help educate the schools across the State of South Carolina about the value of technology in the classroom. We also plan on using this opportunity to help align the school districts with the 2 and four year colleges. There are many opportunities for today's K-12 organizations and local colleges and community colleges to collaborate together to share resources and do more with less in today's fiscally challenging times," says Rob Cardelli President of Peak Performance Technologies.
The Educational Technology Plan will be delivered to the governor's desk in February and components will begin being implemented starting in the 2nd quarter of 2014.
