Atlanta, Georgia- July 2017- Peak Performance Technologies, Inc. has signed a contract with a private midwestern college to conduct a comprehensive business assessment surrounding the following areas:  Stakeholder Analysis, Cultural Readiness, I/T Readiness, Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Accounting and Finance, CRM, Recruiting, Admissions, Student Retention, Student Financials and Financial Aid.   The Readiness Assessment lead to a full ERP vendor selection and ultimately contract negotiations.    Peak helped layout the Statement of Work and the accompanying project plan and is currently helping manage the implementation activities.   For more information please contact This email address is being protected from spambots.
